Santa Barbara, known as California’s Riviera, boasts one of the most remarkable micro-climates, suited to the production of world-class wines that California has to offer. This place ranks among the great wine appellations of our state, and is known to rival Napa and Sonoma.

This private tour is led by one of our professional tour guides. Our routes visit only the most respected producers and top boutique wineries whose bottles don’t languish on grocery store shelves, but grace only the finest wine lists, and whose wines exhibit the complexity and nuance that only the world’s best can.

We visit only the best wineries in town, and in exceptional outlying areas; while other tours do the assembly-line routes, with an emphasis on mass-producing wineries that often make good, but never stupendous, wines. Three of the following wineries will be visited: Jaffurs, Fiddlehead, Longoria, Stolpman, and Andrew Murray – to name a few. Availability may fluctuate, and other wineries of phenomenal pedigree may be included.

The experience includes lunch, and and round-trip transportation in our comfortable vehicle. You will see another side of wine country, and appreciate the insight and narrative offered by our professional tour guide.
